Yamaha battery went into safe mode

I have a Yamaha electric bike battery that does not charge or supply the bike flashes the upper and lower led, according to the battery manual, it went into BSM activated safety mode, is there any way to repair the battery?

yes. the charger is fine, charges another battery.

Did you store it at a low SOC for a long time? Could have tripped the BMS. Or else there is a loose wire in there.

I haven't stored it for a long time, and it doesn't have any loose threads that I've already opened.
