X35 +iwoc1 won’t turn on.

Hi.
I have an orbea gain with an x35 and iwoc 1. Haven’t used the bike in a while. Probably 3 months or so. Plugged the charger in today and the app says it’s at 90% and won’t charge any higher. All the functionality of the iwoc works when it’s plugged into mains but when I take the plug out the bike won’t turn on at all.
Any ideas what the issue might be?

Same issue, any solve? Stupid Orbea HQ push to my online where I brought to solve it. Mahle refuse to help on deal with bike manufacturer

Online store took it back under warranty and are replacing the battery. Apparently the batteries don’t like to be left at 0 charge. Got to keep it between 30-80% when not being used or the battery will fail.

You,re lucky. Mine brand new, charge up but iWoc 1 still cannot on. OB HQ don,t want to entertain even the s/n start with OBxxxxx
