Which spring to use for the 'Future Shock' feature of the Vado SL 5.0?

When I got my Vado SL 5.0, my lbs said they installed the 'medium' spring. I am not sure I am getting
much benefit.

Is there any guidance on which spring to use? My weight varies from about 210-213 pounds.

I don't have the tools or skills to change the spring myself so I have to take the bike to my lbs in order to have a change...

I asked the same question when I bought the bike, (it came without a spring, so I went thru this process on the shop when I got it), I weight about the same as you and opted for the strongest one (yellow).
The bike guy said that it was a user preference thing aka the is no guidance. I decided on the firm, as it will protect me better on the big hits. I still can see it working when Im riding on Roubaix style Cobble roads. And also I can feel certain amount of suspension .

My Vado SL 5 EQ came with the medium spring installed. The bag of stuff (instructions, spoke reflectors, TCD screen protector etc.) also included the light and heavy springs. I'm 175 lbs. and so far, the medium works for me but I haven't tried any others.
