Which odometer readings are more accurate...

The ones that come on all the bikes or GPS apps. I noticed on my wife's Specialized Turbo that it is about 1 mile short of a couple GPS apps I use on my phone after about a ten mile ride. Which one do you think I should go by?

Gps every time.

The odo on your bike should be dead nuts accurate if it's set up properly. That is the correct tire circumference has to be entered.

Gps should be pretty accurate over long distances

Both the Nyon and Intuvia set up have always proved to be spot on when comparing with Strava and Run Keeper, with all three saying the same reading.

GPS isn't infallible though.
