Where to acquire a Giant Energypack 500 in US?

I am looking to acquire a second battery pack for my giant road-e

Good question. I looked at getting a second battery for my Giant too but can't find anywhere to buy one. Seems odd for a part that is designed specifically to be easily replaceable.
If you find out let us know.

Every now and again I see this kind of thing with E-bike parts replacements in general. Perhaps look into availability before purchase to avoid these kind of hassles down the line. I know, not easy due to not knowing what you'll need, however do a little bit more homework. Seems like various E-bike companies as a whole are not prepared for this kind of customer support IMO. Good luck with finding an additional battery.

Might sound obvious but have you gone to a local Giant store? I asked this question locally and they said they can just order another one. Giant is the largest bike manufacturer in the world by revenue and supplies Trek, Scott and Calnago with many of their models.
