Wheel Not Turning Evenly

Just reinstalled my rear wheel, and noticed that it's not turning evenly. At one point, it's touching the frame. At almost the opposite point it's a few mm away from the frame (but still not centered). Pretty sure it wasn't doing that before and that I put it back on correctly. What could be the issue?

you don't have it seated in the slots fully its in farther on one side then the other. loosen the nuts and push it in the dropouts farther.

Agree you can install a rear wheel crooked, but even crooked it shouldn't wobble from side to side. I have to wonder if the tire has been off the rim for any reason, and is not centered properly after the reinstall? You should be able to tell easily looking at the tire sidewall where it meets the rim. There is a faint ring (sometimes a VERY faint ring) right down where the sidewall meets the rim. It MUST be the same distance from the rim all the way around. Otherwise, there's a very good chance it's going to be blown off the rim with a huge bang as the tube is shredded....
