Here are the ones I am sending to an EBR friend. He has no idea it is coming. The heat is controlled by the amount of seeds. When Pasilla is dried it has a rich meaty and somewhat smokey/sweet flavor and aromas. It is the foundation. I guess that is what Gordon's cherry Coke does, adds sweetness, these have a lot of sugars. The other is California. It is mild and aromatic. I just chop them up, pulling most of the seeds. They are the fist thing to start browning seconds before the meat and onions. They absorb extra water and the sounding flavors. Then they sort of disintegrate and thicken the chili. The quarter is for size.I know them as dried chilli's
I find this a very good weather forecasting tool.yeah I find weather forecast real important, so if I don't have to ride in the rain and there's a break in the weatherAnd so I can ride to the store pick things up,

Dang! Stop it! Your making me hungry!I have to make mine pretty mild, girlfriend cant take spicy. I don't use any jalapenos or chipotle. Just tomatoes, onions, green and red bell peppers, ranch style beans, tomato sauce, garlic, chili powder, cumin, cayenne and french onion soup. Half hamburger, half italian sausage. And a cherry coke for good measure...
Cool sign. Maybe not Mark Twain... anyone who has visited San Francisco and gets fogged in...Around here I can get headwinds in two directions as I go around a mountain. Sonoma Mountain. It is a good app. The wind moves from cool to warm from the sea to the West and then from the San Francisco bay to the South. It is warmer inland and in the Northern valleys where the air rises. Sucking in more cool fog and wind. We did an August ride on a day when it was 48C inland and we rode in a cold mist at the coastal headlands. We were covered in cold wetness.

I am in the North Bay Wine Country. Warm dry sunny days with cool damp nights and mornings.Cool sign. Maybe not Mark Twain... anyone who has visited San Francisco and gets fogged in...
I grew up south of SF and when the fog came in the temps seem to drop 20 degrees and damp. I knew it was time to stick close to somewhere warm.
He is alleged to have said the same thing about Bellingham. This year, our strawberries were abundant and beautiful, but flavorless due to absence of sunny warmth from April through June.Around here I can get headwinds in two directions as I go around a mountain.
