Several weeks ago I stumbled on a thread that talked about water bottles fitting too tight on a Trance Pro. It was rubbing the bottom of the top tube. Someone found a bottle that fits better than the standard bottle designs and he used a side release cage. I cannot find the thread and I didn't bookmark the page. Can anyone give me the name of the bottle?

The Lezyne cages are top-rated... I also like this insulated water bottle with a wide mouth and grip.

Amazon sells an adapter that repositions the cage mount screws. It's adjustable and let me move the bottle cage down about 1" which helped a lot. You can search on "bottle cage adapter". I also bough a Dankin waist water pack. Basically Camelbak for the waist. I just rode with it and barely noticed it because it sits right above you tailbone and does not bounce around at all. Looking forward to a "cooler" back during summer months.
