Washington state eBike regs

It appears that Washington state may soon follow Arkansas, California, Colorado, Illinois, Michigan, Tennessee, and Utah with eBike classification and use regulation. There's a link to the bill in the article.

I think we should be able to ride on non-motorized trails. I did in California and had no problems with the rangers or other non-motorized riders.
