The Ride1UP was showing availability for August 1st for the standard frame in 3 out of 4 configurations, so I did some last minute cramming reading some reviews and feedback, and I finally decided to order. Then I checked back on the R1U website, and they changed the shipping date to August 25th. Glad I hadn't ordered - August 1st was bad enough, but that's just getting too late in the summer around here and won't arrive until days later, at the earliest I bet. I'll hold off until next year and try to get in on an e-bike early, not necessarily the 500.
