Interesting, thanks for the update @AZOldTech I haven't seen any of these in person either, but they look interesting. I'd love to be able to cover some of these but have noticed in the past that the brands sometimes just disappear once the stock is gone. I don't love encouraging people to buy stuff that won't have enduring support... but I do appreciate the value of these. One time, I covered the Milano bikes from Amazon, and just purchased them with my own money to do so. It's an expensive way to go, so that's another reason I haven't covered more of these. I'd love to hear from people who are actual customers and buy for themselves and someday I'd like to do more me-buy reviews to put on here :)

If they aren't in the Walmart retail store, the only thing Walmart has to do with it is make money from another company that pays Walmart to put them on their website. Just like Amazon lists other companies products and the sale is not fulfilled by Amazon but an independent company. I'm curious why you rated it as a "Great starter ebike". Do you have any experience with actual product?

That is incorrect. These are "sold & shipped by Walmart". These are NOT like Amazon's 3rd party sales. I also think when you see a walmart product with free shipping to store (and of course free returns to store), then it is sold and shipped by Walmart. And yes I have some experience with Hyper & Schwinn ebikes as Sam's Club (Walmart's Warehouse Stores) also sold those brands. And they are great starter ebikes, especially at $600 and with the Walmart store return policy behind them.

It would seem that you can get a 3 year Walmart sponsored warranty for $58, and if the policy covers the battery you will get one replacement/repair. Man they could lose money on that.
