We built two of them today for customer orders. They are very popular. We carry Aventon as well, and I haven't seen one go out the door. Velotric is killing them in our shop.

That’s interesting. Totally seat of the pants, but It seems to me as if Aventon has been the hotter seller around here. But the cape could be quite different.

I had an order in for an Aventon Pace 4 but changed it to the Breeze 1 after reading about it. I’m so glad I did. Other than built in lock w GPS, the Breeze is considerably lighter and felt more agile to me. Now at 50 miles and loving every mile so far.

We tested a Pace 4 (or maybe 3) at the time of our 2nd and final Breeze test with similar findings. In fact, the only thing we liked better on the Pace was its throttle implementation.

An hour later, she rode the Breeze home. No regrets at ~300 mi now.

Well, one regret for me: When parked with my yellow Vado SL, the Breeze is the one drawing the compliments. The only consolation: If some thief wants just one of them, maybe he'll take hers.

Sweet! Love the photos and very gratifying to hear. And thank you again for your reports, until I read your initial post I had not heard of the Breeze and had placed the order for the Aventon — which fortunately wasn’t in stock! Your very detailed feedback with the Breeze was instrumental in clinching my final decision. I had been away from riding for several years and although i tried to research thoroughly I didn’t know where to start.

And I’m glad I chose the blue too !

I just put my Pace 4 up for consignment at my LBS and bought two Breeze 1's (wife and I). I can't exactly explain why, but I like the breeze 1 a good bit better. Maybe it's those Dutch style bars, but the bike just fits us very well. We have about 70 miles on them now and I have no regrets at all.

It is very difficult to provide accurate fit information from a forum post. In-person fits are the way to go.
