The "e" part of our Valk MX7 is not working. Screen shows battery at 100% but showing what I think is an error code E10 on bottom of screen. Also when I scroll through the speed options it shows average speed 0 and max speed 0 which I don't think is correct ( understand it usually shows historical info). Bike was given to us recently and was supposed to be working, but had a flat tyre which we have now fixed, so we were not able to test to see if the ebike part of it worked. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated thanks. ( We are located at Castle Hill in Sydney)
