Vado 6.0 Tail License plate light.

It turns out that the Specialized Vado has a license plate light that points down. Since I don't need a plate, all the light seems to do is illuminate the top of the fender which is gray. Since I'm kind of a 'be visible' freak, I added a strip of reflective tape the along the fender. You can see how it works in the picture below.
