Hi just a quick note from northern MN. I wanted to put in a quick plug for the Turbo Vado 4 I have owned mine since June of 2019. I own several bikes but this one has to be at the top of the list. After treatments for cancer I no longer could keep up with my weekly bike group who usually averages 18 to 20 mph for 32 to 40 miles but with this bike I can. I even took it out to the black hills last fall and was impressed one day by getting 55 miles out of a charge. I was pretty anal about watching watts usage and battery depletion. I learned if you shut it completely off you have no trouble getting up to 48 mph going down some of the mountain rides we went on. I have a pack on the back and some of the guys would have me carry extra clothes for them as the weather changes quite fast out there. I know my bike is a lot heavier than some of the sl's and the creo's but shucks it does everything they do, it is a lot cheaper and gosh while the guys are looking for a place to lean their bikes I just put down my kickstand!! LOL I did put on a cedar creek suspension seat and have had to change 2 broken spokes out. I'll be looking to get back on it in the spring riding my lemere carbon fat tire now. If your considering a electric bike give the vado 4 a ride!
