USB outlet in Pedego bikes

I've seen some great USB connected LED strip lights that I think would be awesome for night time bike visibility. My question is do you think the USB outlet in Pedego bikes could power one of these strips? How about multiple strips if I used a USB splitter?

I think these strips need about 5V to power...I'm not a technical person, so any insights you have are appreciated!

The USB outlet on my Pedego Stretch puts out 500 milliamps at 5 volts. This is enough to help my phone (Samsung S6) run longer, but wouldn't charge it while it's turned on (which it always is when I'm riding), so I don't bother. The outlet should be able to power any USB devices that draw a combined total of 500 ma or less. My Stretch, with a 17 AH 48 V pack, has 816 watt hours of energy and the USB port can deliver a maximum of 2.5 watts, so you probably wouldn't even notice it compared to the motor's 500 watt usage. I think that would be a great way to light up a bike.
