I'm thinking of getting specialty bike insurance for theft and liability, basically. My question is what kind of experiences have people had when filing claims with various companies? Who makes you happy or mad that you chose their company?
Like most insurance, I hope never to need it, but my concern is that, say, 3 years and $1000 worth of premiums into my policy, I do file a claim. I want to have chosen an insurance company that makes me very happy I chose them. I don't want to find out then that the insurance company I chose is going to do everything the can to deny or slow walk my claim or short change me as they can.
I'm not looking for advice on what kind of insurance, or how much to get. I know what I want; I just want to know which company is the best to get it from.
