Twitchy with no-hands?

I saw a post saying that the short handlebars on the XP and Step-Thru make no-hands riding problematic.

It does...I put 620mm bars on my XP and noticed a huge difference in control and twitchyness. It still fits in a Lowe’s box still as well. Best $20 and fifteen minutes changing them, you can do for a dramatic improvement.

Thanks, ...got a link to your bars?

Ah crud..I had the wrong size. My mountain bike has 680mm.. My XP bars are 620mm. My memory kinda sucks...Glad you asked. I changed the mistake above 😏...Here’s s the link. I really like these bars.

Definitely, one of the upgrades I wish I would have done first is a handlebar upgrade after I found a wider handlebar to be much more comfortable and one with swept grips will let you sit with your back in a more natural straightened position.

Here are some handlebars that are longer and have a better rise (height) and sweep. You can choose between lower and higher. Personally my bars have about a 4 inch rise.
