Hello Everyone!
Name is James. I have a 2015 Turbo X (Medium).
I haven't posted here much, but thought I would share my setup in case someone is still looking into what rack or fenders to get. I have ridden over 2000 miles with this setup and it has been great!
I got the basic Topeak Explorer Bike rack and its been awesome! I use several bungees to keep my lock and other items down. (I hate forgetting a lock)

Also picked up some cheap but great SKS fenders from REI which have been awesome. The front one slips on/off.. I almost never have it on since I rarely need it. Front fender is floppy in the wind, so if you use it a lot you may want a different setup as it does not have stays.
It doesn't look like REI carries the fenders anymore but you can still grab them online:

In this photo you can see the rack and rear fender, saddle bag, rockform phone mount and body float plus the clip to attach the front fender, but it's currently not attached. Also I used electrical tape + thin plastic to conceal the button/battery lights:
