Turbo Vado SL cannot turn off

Loving the bike so far, had it 3 months and tonight I've had an issue for the second time where I cannot turn the bike off.

The TCU will cycle between all modes on both the handlebar controller and the main crossbar unit but will turn off.

Any suggestions?

Yes, but couldn't see anything unless I am missing something.

It will normally turn off so it's not a process that I'm not understanding, it's just not turning off despite the other functions of the TCU working.
