Turbo Battery reset

Bring my Turbo yesterday to the dealer, it was the first Turbo they ever work on it, make a story short the guy plug my bike directly into the diagnostic tool to computer and software update fails all the time, now the battery power bottom is always on and nothing is working, any idea how to reset it ?

@Eric Leblanc The battery should turn off when you remove it from the bike.

No the power button still on, will bring it to Specialized tomorrow.

They replace my battery.
