Turbo Battery Health

Just got a new Turbo Como 3.0 650b (2020 I think?) for my son a couple of weeks ago. The battery health in the Mission Control app has consistently read 90%. Seems to me that it should be 100% for the first month at least!

I emailed Specialized but they only told me to go back to the store, without confirming if this was a problem or not.

Is this battery a dud? I don't want to take a 10% hit on a battery with a limited lifespan.

What are your experiences getting these issues resolved from your local bike shop?
