Holy cow, you guys see that new Trek 1120? If they made that an 1120+, with the performance Bosch stuff and maybe the new power tube battery, it would be unbelievable! Nice bike!

It's ironic that Trek does not offer a purpose built Trekking eBike .

Oh Yeah! Trek makes a great product indeed! Beef it up as a fatty6 with dual hub motors front and rear and you have a super bikepacking rig. What a great design. Really love those custom bags front and rear also. It will be interesting to see if it is an ebike ready candidate. Time will tell...

Looking forward to the Super Trekking +
They made some minor changes to the regular Verve to develope the eBike version Verve + , so I'm sure they can do it with the 1120 .

A friend of mine is planning on buying the 1120. There are some nice details on this bike that make it attractive. I love how the rear rack bag attachment works, I like the front rack that allows carrying bags without worrying about the bottom of the bag rubbing on the tires, I like the asymetrical chainstay design of the frame too...
