TRANZX LOGIX anyone familiar with using this Software?

i would be interested in a response to this also. i too have an izip e3 vibe+ and did not get an owners manual with it. also would a higher voltage battery hurt the controler on the motor

Although it doesn't mention the controller, the manual warns against using another battery that was not included with the bike.

AI P thanks for the effort. I'm OLD my first computer class was a "PUNCH CARD programing class at UAB 197?." Then making A lightning flash on an ATARI LOL. But I have worked on HAWK missiles RADAR, 30 years Bell Telephone . But no real formal COMPUTER CLASS. IZIP VIBE+ E3, broke dry rot rubber pad cover. Burned capacitor I replaced. Didn't work. LBS was not a IZIP shop but the shop he got it from no longer IZIP Dealer. Neither shop is E-bike qualified. That is at same time IZIP sold out the first time. But their 800 # in California sold me new TranzX DP 27 for $300. After weeks it arrived but the TECH had told me I would need to reload a new software driver that he would send, are it would not work! No software WAS included! THAT IZIP shop closed during this time 08-2019. But after weeks someone took my call and actually worked to help me. He got me into the LOGIX Software above. (pass word and all {dealer then dealerpassword}) But he really didn't know the system mine had no port at the battery for usb. But i told him the DP27 does. He said M16 BAD. For $800 could get new one. NOOOOOO! I put it away and bought a GIANT LAFREE. FAST FORWARD COVID19 boredom cleaning out basement. I with very little computer have made the LOGIC SYSTEM work two green lights but it will not talk to all components. It show nothing for DP27 software when it test the touch pad? I remember tech saying MUST load driver for DP 27 to work???? A Raleigh BIKes tech did send me a BIN file CU6Lb16F040006.bin. I got nowhere with it? BIN??? I find on my computer a few files from time in 8-19 that likely were loaded back then. One says ICD2Driver?? About 14 files. FRENCH TO ME! ??? If someone can help I'll be glad to explain " CARD PUNCH programing" lol. I do really appreciate YOUR help.
