Touteg anyone?

Does anyone know anything about the Touteg bikes I found an attractive offer for a new fattire bike by this group that has the 26x4 tires, I need something with a little more off road ability, the thing that bothers Me is the 15 mph top speed, anyway to over come that?

The speed limit is 15mph in other countries.
They probably just copied and pasted the spec from manufacture.

They are advertising it as 20mph bike in their video.

Having said that, I can not tell you for 100% certainty.
I would call them and make sure and see why they have conflicting information.

Well I went ahead and ordered one because I needed that extra off road capabilty of the fat tires, there are a couple of really crappy roads I plan on using, the only problem was a little misunderstanding on the check out, I simply do not want to ruin my 'Milano I would still like to sell it might drop it off at 'Red Newt" bikes in Lexington( be a perfect yuppie college town bike) its basically new and I do not want ruin it on these crappy roads.
They other reason I went ahead and ordered was because I was going to buy an ECOTRIC fattie( have always had good luck with the ecotric bikes) It would have cost $900 on sale and I was going to overvolt the motor with a 52 volt battery, which when all was said and done with questionable results would have added probably added 400-$500 to bike price, if I can get it to cruise 20 mph I will be happy with it, with a 12 tooth 6th gear I shouldn't have too much trouble sprinting 23-24 mph on the level or slight downgrade-"so it goes'.-kevin

Just spotted one at the casino So of Mpls walking about, and just searched for it here, and it came back zero results, then searched on line and it found link to this site. So much for search function here.
In General after learning quite a bit here lately on E Bikes, this one doesn't appear to be anything special. Was mostly curious of brand never seen before, and I'd guess price range of maybe $1200 w/o seeing cost of one yet.
