throttle problems

my throttle only works in settings mode any help?

You will need to give a LOT more details here
But on many bikes that have different power modes, some modes may be programmed for pedal assist only and some for throttle only.
Check the manual and speak to the manufacturer.

If Pex-more won't provide support for your $854 Amazon bike, think hard before sending money to the lowest cost provider. Trek Giant Cannondale Kona produce bikes that cost 4 times as much and usually work, to read the "known problems" thread about each brand. If they don't work the problem belongs to the dealer, not you or us.

I totally agree.. I get the same way when I ask for someone to pass the Grey Poupon and all they have is the generic store brand.

In the other thread he mentioned the KD21C display. He needs to RTM. See page 18 and reset the default settings, Hope that makes it go zoom zoom.
