The Gazelle Arroyo Is Back and being marketed to old people

I guess I have an old fart bike but I are one so it is OK. They quit selling Arroyos in the USA at least, right after I got mine. Now it is back. I still like mine. I didn't like the chain cover/guard. The part that has to come off in order to clean and lube the chain broke on mine so I had the cover completely taken off. I see they have a model with one of those Gates belts instead of a chain.

Finally some truth in advertising. Check the age of EBR members on the various polls, and you won't find many 20 year olds here.

This old fart still loves his "classic" 2017 Arroyo, Mine is the model with the front light integrated into the fender and the clear plastic pannier guards.

Unfortunately, that one is mild. I've seen scantily clad "models" in swim suits selling both ebikes and diesel trucks. Bah.
The guy riding a Vado in white suit makes me laugh. Good he's wearing the helmet and making hand-signals.

And I found out the other night, that light is a very good light.

I think I would have broken the other style of light off by now. Built in is good.

About the only time I don`t wear a cap like the one in the ad is when I`m on a bike. It blows off at 8 mph .or less..
