I bought a 2019 colt in March 2019 that had a faulty battery that needed to be replaced after 1100 kms, instead of simply replacing the faulty battery surface 604 offered me a "new" battery for $250.00 ( a favor they said), even if their bike manual said that the battery was under warranty. I wanted to ride the bike so I paid. The "new battery" had a range of 25kms, in April 2020 I gave up and ordered a new 2019 battery. And I'm still waiting.

Thanks Timpo, I finally received a new battery from Surface 604 yesterday.The Surface 604 has Reention Dorado 440mm casing, so you could get one of these.
