Suggestions for getting bike over tailgate pad on truck bed?

Going to pick up a tailgate pad for my truck bed to carry eBikes and regular bikes.

My eBike is 50 pounds and I won't exactly be able to pick it up and drop it down over the tailgate pad.

Any ideas/solutions for lifting the bike over the tailgate?

I may have to build some kind of sliding ramp, if there aren't any other suggestions.

You can reduce weight of the bike also by removing the battery if that helps.
