STEP-Thru batteries MARKED WRONG as to positive and negative contacts!

Why would you make a thread and post telling us to search for another post...

You could just, you know...post the post.
Yep, every post is searchable! But, hey it got me to look. 🤣

Yes, I thought of that, ...but I think ST owners who have not noticed or have already quit reading the other thread
might be grabbed by a little more bold heads-up. Besides, I sensed that you had time on your hands, and might appreciate a reason to post again yourself ;-)

You might want to note that I also posted something similar in the "known Issues" thread, because hey(!), it's now a known issue, no?

Um... nah.
TT

I believe that the referenced post(22)saves as a wrap-up to that thread's discussion pertaining to Step-Thru batteries.
Also that THIS thread's title may perhaps better capture the attention of and alert future Step-Thru purchasers to the mis-marking situation. The proper contacts for multi-meter use should be of interest to anyone wishing to monitor battery voltage indoors during a perhaps longish period of disuse during the coming winter. I am happy to have this info, with the help of other contributors to that thread, and appreciate knowing how to successfully monitor my off-bike batteries. i will bet there are, and will be, others who are also appreciative.

TT, I am of course crushed, dejected, desolate, etc., that you are not among them,...but will attempt to be strong, and somehow carry on ;-)
