I got some criticism about the length of the post but it was the full text of the petition submitted as I wanted anyone that has an interest in full details of why I feel the 3-class legislation should be preempted it's all there. I'm not being paid by anyone...I'm just an individual that given the receptive nature of the CPSC decided to push for something that I believe will help the industry.
