St2 torque for rear hub

I would presume you are talking about the motor torque output at the wheel. On the right side on page 34 of the pdf file that you posted https://www.stromerbike.com/fileadm...ec/stromer-manual-spedelc-2016-en-3-0-web.pdf
, it actually says 40 NM for the ST2's and 35 NM for the ST1X.

However, as Justin explained from Grin technologies, the motor performance is also largely influenced by the battery and also the controller settings. The same motor could produce 20 NM, 40 NM, or even more than 60 NM, depending on the amperage allowed to flow into the motor. On top of that, the torque output is not uniforn at all road speeds. It is highest at lower speeds and then gradually decreases as speed goes up.

On the motor simulator below, it shows the motor torque in blue curve. Notice how it goes down as the speed rises. You can also play around with the throttle and other parameters. http://www.ebikes.ca/tools/simulato...othrot=false&throt=100&cont=cust_20_40_0.03_A

What kind of Stromer do you ride?

The way how Stromer programs the firmware never ever produces large figures on the paper. They equalize the standard shape of power, efficiency and strength graphs in a way that makes riding between 20 to 45km/h fun.
