St2 battery charger

what lights should be on when charging. Also I don't here a fan like on the st1.. My lights is one green an one orange

There is a label on the bottom side of the power supply that has a chart to indicate the meanings of the charging lights.

I haven't had an ST1 power supply to compare with, but a fan will turn on when it is charging quickly.

I don't here a fan like on the st1..

The fan is significantly more silent than one from ST1 charger.
