Anyone have riding experience on one of these? I may bite the bullet and order one of these. With a top speed of 40mph, an 800W mid drive motor and 120nm of torque it sounds fantastic.

I'm interested too. It's my dream bike, at least on paper - the only thing that it's missing is a throttle but I guess with that much power in PAS it'll not be something g that would be missed too much. The R is very illegal on the road here in Norway though. ;)

Until I can convince my wife that this bike is a necessity I guess I'll have to be satisfied with my BBS02 fitted fat bike.

I had a marital problem about 12 years ago when I discovered motorcycling. I gave my wife the choice of me getting a new boyfriend or a new motorcycle and she told me she preferred the boyfriend. I'm assuming that spending this much for an R M1 will probably elicit the same response....LOL

Something highly erotic about zooming past a peloton of fast bike riders and hearing one of them say, "What the hell just happened." I have that happen on my Neo Carbon and it just gives me such a kick........

No one has been fooled by my bike, thinking it's anything but an ebike. I thought it would be more stealth but apparently it's not.

However, for a bike that retails for $9K like this one does, I would say it better be somewhat stealthy.

I think I'd like a bike that cost that much to actually look the part. :D though I guess it's not going to be too many years before the police will wise up to these overpowered bikes so perhaps stealth would be wiser.

Given my face and body are straight out of GQ I have always preferred function over form.

----Police-----Wise------- Should never be used in the same sentence. We call that an oxymoron.
