Speedometer inaccuracy

I had the feeling my speedometer was a couple of MPH's too fast. I rode with my wife today and I'm finding it's around 2mph too fast according to her reading which I think is accurate. Are there any solutions? Thank you!

Have you tried comparing it to your phones GPS?

I just set the tire size to 20. It was at 23. I think that should do it.

I would say just live with it, if it’s within a couple of mph. I’ve had several Honda motorcycles in the last couple of years, and they were all off by at least 5 kph.
