I have a Creo and on steep hills standing on pedals I get a clicking noise from front bottom bracket area Change chain and pedals but still there any advise
Shop just installed new motor. Seems to have fixed noise. Only problem is I threw chain off front chain ring when climbing hill. Shop said they didn't do anything to cause this. I've had the bike a year and never had this problem until first time I rode after new motor.

Yes, I talked to the shop and they have a call into Specialized Support. They can't figure out why the chain wants to climb in the 2 largest sprockets on cassette and off the front chainring. Everything looks correct.
No, my bike didn't come with that. The guy at the shop just showed me that yesterday. Looks like a good idea but there something else going with the rear cassette since the chain wants to move to next sprocket on the last two.

Heard back from shop yesterday. Tech talked to Specialized warranty support. They said to file a warranty claim for a new chainring. I just find it weird that I never had this issue until motor was replaced. Tech compared my bike to new one everything is the same.
