Specialized como 4 lcd problem

So I have a specialized COMO 4 e-bike, and a couple of days ago my LCD display battery died. So I went to the store and I bought the exact same one. And since I replaced it, the LCD display turns on as soon as I turn on my bike. But while I'm riding, when I stop pedaling, my LCD display turns off. And then as soon as I start pedaling, it turns on again. That didn't happen before, so I thought it might be a battery issue. So I bought another one again, and switched it, and the same thing happens again. What is the problem? What should I do?

It is very strange, and no, it is not related to the display battery. The display battery problem is reported as LO BATT on the display.
Can you contact a Specialized dealer for help?

It was LO Batt thats why i changed it

A dealer can run the diagnostic check through the USB. Sometimes it could be something like cross-talk because extra wires in the frame are stuffed and looped back against each other. Remember how CAT 5 data cables would have problems if not properly twisted all the way to the connector or an electric guitar is off if the shielding is not in place. A dealer knows how to diagnose and repair such things.
