Specialized 10% Surcharge

In the past few days I've read a couple of articles and saw one YouTube video saying that starting May 1, Specialized is adding in a 10% surcharge because of tariffs in the US. From what I've read, (which isn't much) only the new Levo 4 is mentioned. Does anyone know more about this new add-on charge? Is it going to be added onto other Specialized bikes or accessories?

Sounds like it. "Specialized will increase the cost and retail pricing across all other bike and equipment products starting May 1."

When I bought my Juiced RC way back when they charged me $300.00 tariff. I wasn't happy but they said they couldn't eat it all and had to charge me. I often wondered if the government ever got that $300.00

Man, the bike industry is struggling without price increases. This is gonna shut down a lot of companies & narrow model & build ranges.

The good news - most people don't ride their bikes, so there's a good supply of used bikes out there. I spent some time looking around the local Craigslist today and have never seen a better used bike market for buyers. So many deals.
