I want to share one way of securing a spare battery. I got tired of carrying a one sided backpack with sweat all over my back. So I placed it as a saddle bag secured by a belt strap. Since I also use a body float, I secured the lower portion to the distal portion of the suspension arm so the whole bag can move as one whole unit (and not doing a see-saw movement).

Nice idea. That's a lot better than carrying a backpack that can lead to sore shoulders.
