Sondors Ebike Battery Charging Issue

Hi,
Wondering if anyone has come across this... I had my bike built at a shop and I've been very pleased with it though I haven't had the chance to ride it much. I attempted to recharge the battery overnight but no luck. The light on the transformer remains green at all times... I'm assuming it would be orange until fully charged. I've removed the battery some in order to ensure that the charger is fully inserted into the battery, but it does not seem to be charging as the reader continues to show "yellow."
I'd appreciate any suggestions/ideas.

Thanks,
Jimmy

Here's my procedure for charging the battery:
  1. Plug charger into outlet
  2. Wait for green light to come on
  3. Unplug charger from outlet
  4. Plug charger into battery
  5. Plug charger into outlet
  6. Wait for charger light to change from green to red
To check that the battery is holding a charge (after charger light turns green):
  1. Unplug battery from charger
  2. Turn battery on
  3. Press and hold the button at the top of the battery
  4. 5 lights should be lit (4 green, 1 red)
The procedure to install the battery into the bike and turn it on:
  1. Turn battery off
  2. Install battery into cradle, making sure that it locks securely into place
  3. Remove plug from lunch box
  4. Switch battery on
  5. Replace plug in lunch box
  6. Press the grey power button on the throttle control to turn on the bike
  7. 3 lights on throttle control should be lit

I have followed the instruction that Sam gave to Jimmy but nothing has changed and the battery led remain green.. seems difficult recharge my battery..
Anybody can help me, please?

It appears from the handles display and the LCD display that my bike has stopped taking a charge. The red LED is on the handle and the LCD only shows two bars, but the battery itself shows three green. Only one is out. I have tried to charge it but nothing changes.

Has anyone experienced this? Thanks

I did... but then started charging it according to the step. Un plug. Turn off battery. Plug charger into battery then into wall.
