Soc% not showing up

My new LUNA BAFANG bike has a SOC% gauge that always says zero. Not registering event after my first 20 mile ride where I still have 46 volts.

I know, I'm not real keen on acronyms either..... I just happened to be familiar with this one.

I know what it means but I’m just wondering why is mine always at zero On my new bike. Is there a time when the SOC lights up or does it only light up when you’re charging. I see a battery voltage but a blank range in a blank SOC

Not that familiar with Luna. What display are they using? That info in hand, maybe track the user manual down on line. That's should answer any question like this one pretty easily.
