Slipping

My crank arms slip past the sprocket not allowing me to ride only once and a while engaging for a half### ride.does anyone know how to adjust the cranks on a Como 5.0 2018

Take it back to the dealer. A crank arm has to be almost falling off loose before it can slip. There is something drastically wrong.
