SL Range Extender Error

I might be the first user here to encounter an SL Range Extender battery fault here.

Upon recharging the main and SL RE battery (from two different chargers, that is, each battery separately) and reconnecting the RE to a Vado SL, I noticed the Error Code 1

Battery Error.

I have immediately disconnected the Range Extender from the e-bike. Then pressed the battery button to see one red bar and two flashing green bars on the top of the RE. Mission Control reports no RE battery issues.

I'm worried. Things do break. I am afraid of a potential battery fire... At the current time of the year the Specialized dealership does not work...

I do not think anyone has experienced the issue similar to mine?

P.S. After several hours of laying on the balcony (temperature +4 C), the error has cleared itself!

isn't error code 1 just the little battery in your tcu is flat? Get a replacement from the supermarket

edit - no, that's code 6, which is weird because replacing that battery fixed code 1 on my bike.

I had the error 6 just several months ago and replaced the TCU coin battery.

The Error 1 was the fact as of today (the second LED from the bottom lit), and the LEDs on the RE indicated the RE battery error. Please read my P.S. above: the Error 1 has cleared itself after several hours.
