I know I mentioned my experience in the Intro thread, but we actually got two Minis, a black and a white.
Took them out for a ride to Tommy Thompson Park in Toronto yesterday.
One thing I noticed on the white one, is that the crank arm is giving me some issues. I don't think it was tightened enough when it arrived, and it started to come loose twice on the ride.
Everything is good now. Put another 40+ km on it, and it's staying tight.
Battery life seems to be as-promised too. I don't track every ride, but after 4 different 20+km rides (each after a full charge, and fairly flat terrain) my results are:
The percentage can fluctuate a fair bit depending on how much the motor is being engaged, so I'm basing this off the end of ride, and waiting 10-15 seconds.
I'm guessing could get up to 70km out of a full charge.
I'm doing another longer ride this weekend (28.1km according to Google Maps) that'll be mostly uphill from lakefront to North York, so it'll be interesting to see how much of a differential there will be.
Antboy, does your rear light operate as a brake light or does it just a have those 2 lines of light around the edge with a big reflector in the middle?

Thank you. Because only the outlines show up, I thought the main central part might light up as a brake signal. I didn't think it was a brake light before that, only a rear light.
Here it is. Good for a nice light /reflector combo for when the lights aren't on, I suppose. I was about to see if I could get it to light up the whole thing
