Shimano XTR Di2 loose wire?

Hi, any tips on how to fix a loose wire that goes into the Di2 control/display gauge. Looking at the back of the gauge, there are 3 inlet ports, the righthand wire is very loose. It only makes contact if you push it in and hold it in.
Is this a common problem??
