Seat Post fractured BMC Alpenchalleng AMP City LTD.

Hi there .
after some rides where is experienced the seat post lowering whilst out a closer inspection has revealed a fractured seat post. I am keen to get a new one but cant find a spare anywhere. Does anyone know where i can purchase one and whether or not is a standard size. I am very keen to get it replaced and BMC aren't answering my emails.

I have somewhat the same problem. Just found a crack just below the the suspension. I emailed them Saturday June 13 and haven't got any reply back. I tried to reach their number but not in network. I just hope they are still in business.

Call Competitive Cyclist... they used to carry BMC and can probably help you find a replacement.

Yes, carbon fiber. I called them and they said to bring it to nearest BMC dealership which I did. We'll see how it goes.

I just got my ebike three weeks ago and they replaced the frame with LTD carbon frame green color. It was an upgrade from CITY ONE to LTD with free of charge. Good customer care.
