Below is conversation I had a while back with Juice customer support. My seat post would gradually slip down. Google oddly enough recommended grease to solve slipping issue ... it worked.

I can see from the detailed spec sheet that the seat post is 31.6 mm. There is also a shim in the seat tube. What is the actual size of the frame seat tube given that a shim is necessary to accommodate the 31.6 mm seat post?
