Searching for a Lightweight folding ebike

Hi, Im new here. Ive been searching the internet for quite some time for a folding ebike I can lift and put in my car. Im a 60 year old woman, so keep that in mind! It has to fold to fit in my tiny apartment also. Many of the ebikes listed as "lightweight" are not. They are 45-50 lbs. Ive also read all the the posts in these forums I could find with the search. I live in NY USA.
Does anyone have any suggestions? I also have a $1000 budget. I'm wondering if its even possible.

BikeFriday e-pakiT is 26lb with 3 LiGo batteries

How much $ is it?
Again.. it doesn't say..

Using the builder I specced the 8-speed option with the front hub motor for approx $2,800 but BikeFriday are offering a 20% discount for August/September delivery, so call it $2,250

Thank so much for the suggestions. I actually love and bought the Qualisports Nemo (based on the EBR review) from an online retailer and from the manufacturer. Both times they said they didnt have it in white although it said 'in stock' on the websites. I even called ahead. Both orders cancelled. It may seem petty, but I wanted the white color. I'll look into the others, but yes they are over budget. I like the Swagtron bikes but they seem heavy.
