As I ride my bike the pedals or the chain keep slipping. The derailer shifts gears properly, the gears do not shift randomly and the chain does not slip when riding with or without the assist in 1st - 6th gear; but when I ride in any of the higher gears - especially with the assist - it feels and looks like something inside the mid drive system is slipping.

Did you talk to the dealer? How many miles? Without the year, I can’t keep up with what motor that is.
