Anyone experience this ?
I hear it randomly .
Then if I shift gears , up or down , it will go away .
Or shift power level .
Bike has been like this from day one .
Dealer says diagnostics show drive is functioning properly .
???

I hear a bit of scraping when I put it in power, none if the power is off. Two bikes have it. A Giant and my wife's Liv.

My Explore E+ 4 developed a low frequency buzz sound that's most noticeable when I pedal with mid-level torque. When it was brand new I heard nothing but within a couple hundred miles a barely perceptible buzz has been the norm. For me it's an acceptable level and it doesn't distract from the ride. I find it easy to tune out.
